The magician stacks three wooden blocks with Santa Clause on them and covers everything with a "chimney." Everytime he lifts the chimney, the blocks are out of order until the magician saves the day and puts Santa together in the right order!The props are made entirely out of wood and nicely decorated. This version has a kicker ending with Santa all fixed Christmas is saved and then when you turn it around the Christmas tree is complete, or do it as a Christmas tree routine instead of Santa.
