Four children each receive a colorful, jumbo 11-by-16-inch superhero card and a humorous “sidekick” costume. The audience eliminates the heroes one at a time until only the supposed greatest superhero remains.
An adult volunteer—such as a principal, teacher, pastor, librarian, or parent—has been holding the magician’s prediction. The prediction appears correct, but then instructs the volunteer to turn around. Its reverse side reveals that the adult volunteer is actually the “World’s Greatest Super Hero.” When the volunteer turns, a bright red superhero cape with a large yellow “H” has magically appeared on their back!
The original set included:
* Five jumbo laminated cards
* Two 18-inch blue silks
* One custom 18-by-36-inch silk superhero cape
* Jumbo manila prediction envelope
* Four costume pieces
* Complete audience-tested routine
