Uri Geller Says “Holy Crap Is Coming” as New UFO Files Prepare for Release

Uri Geller, the world-famous illusionist known for his spoon-bending demonstrations and claims of psychic abilities, is once again making headlines—this time over a new wave of anticipated UFO disclosures from the United States Congress.

The 79-year-old Israeli-British performer reacted strongly to comments made by Tim Burchett, a member of the Congressional UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena) Caucus. During a recent appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, Burchett suggested that the first batch of declassified UFO documents is only “a drop in the bucket” and warned that much more dramatic information is on the way, adding the now-viral phrase, “Holy crap is coming.”

Geller responded on social media, saying that he believes Burchett completely.

“I believe every word of it,” Geller wrote, noting that he has spent decades speaking publicly about his own extraordinary experiences involving unidentified flying objects and alleged extraterrestrial materials.

Best known for becoming an international sensation in the 1970s, Geller built his reputation through performances in which he appeared to bend metal objects and stop watches using the power of his mind. His claims generated both widespread fascination and intense skepticism, and he was studied by researchers at the Stanford Research Institute.

According to Geller, his interest in UFOs stems from a remarkable encounter with legendary rocket scientist Wernher von Braun. Geller says that in the 1970s, von Braun showed him pieces of metal allegedly recovered from a crashed UFO. He has described the material as seeming almost “alive” when he held it.

Geller further claims that von Braun took him to a secure underground facility at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where he says he saw small non-human bodies stored behind frosted glass enclosures.

For decades, Geller says he has been ridiculed for sharing these stories. However, he believes the recent release of government documents, along with the promise of additional disclosures, may finally bring greater public attention to the subject.

“I’ve carried this knowledge for more than 50 years,” he wrote. “When Tim Burchett says ‘Holy Crap’ is coming, I hope it includes what I saw—and that NASA’s full involvement is finally exposed.”

On May 8, 2026, the United States Department of War reportedly released 162 documents related to UFO investigations under directives issued by Donald Trump earlier this year. Additional files are expected to be released in the near future.

Whether one views Geller as a gifted entertainer, a psychic phenomenon, or a controversial public figure, his comments have once again placed a magician and illusionist at the center of one of the most intriguing mysteries of our time.
